Overview

Every Onnuri Supply order ships from Utah, USA, through our shipping partner. Because we sell by quote, the shipping details for your order are confirmed in your quote before you commit to anything.

Shipping costs

Shipping is charged on every order unless we tell you it is free. We quote shipping per order, based on quantity, weight and destination, and include it in your quote.

Shipping is free only when we say so in writing, in your quote or order confirmation. If free shipping isn't stated there, the quoted shipping cost applies.

Where and how we ship

All orders ship from Utah, USA. Contact us before you order if you want to confirm we can deliver to your location.

Our shipping partner picks the carrier and method for each order, such as parcel or freight, based on its size, weight and destination.

Delivery times

Ship and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Any estimate we give comes with your quote. Carrier delays, weather and other events outside our control can change when your order arrives.

Damaged, missing or stolen packages

Report any damaged, missing or stolen package within 5 days of the delivery date shown in tracking. Please check your order as soon as it arrives.

When you report a problem, email us with:

Your quote or order number
What is damaged, missing or stolen
Photos of any damage, including the box and packaging

Keep the packaging until the issue is resolved. We work with our shipping partner and the carrier to look into every report. Reports made more than 5 days after delivery may not be accepted.

Shipping address

You are responsible for giving us a complete and correct shipping address. If a package is returned or has to be re-sent because of an incorrect address, you pay the extra shipping cost.
